Liam Gallagher has hit out at brother Noel, after he described his final days in former band Oasis as 'a bit of a sham'.
The Beady Eye frontman, who is currently on tour in Europe, took to Twitter to respond to his brother's critical comments.
Liam's tweet read: "A sham? Speak for yourself, I never faked anything, go to bed and give me a shout in 2015."
As previously reported on Gigwise, in an interview with The Daily Telegraph, Noel Gallagher said that he found his rivalry with brother Liam Gallagher "undignified" whilst in the band.
"There's always a power struggle in a band, and when you're young and daft and hopped up on drugs and alcohol, it can get violent.
"But when you're all grown men with kids, it just doesn't feel right. I found it quite undignified. We're supposed to be the elder statesmen now! All this effing and blinding before gigs, and then going up and singing 'Live Forever'. It was all a bit of a sham, really."
