The Big Pink Announce May 2010 UK Tour Their biggest yet...

The Big Pink have announced details of a six-date UK tour for May 2010.
The duo, who are currently on the NME Tour, play dates in Oxford, Sheffield, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Tickets go on sale via Gigwise Gig Tickets from 9am this Friday (February 12). They play:

Hadouken! Announce New London Tour Date Tickets are on sale now...

Hadouken! have announced a new London date as part of their forthcoming UK tour.
The show, at Koko, will conclude the jaunt on March 31.
The band are currently promoting their second album 'For The Masses', which was released earlier this year.
Tickets for the gig – and other dates on the band's UK tour – are on sale now via Gigwise Gig Tickets.

We Are Scientists To Release New Album In June They also unveil new single details...

We Are Scientists will release their new album in June, it's been announced.
The record, entitled 'Barbara', is the US group's first album with former Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows.
It was recorded in New York, Los Angeles and London and will be preceded by the single 'Rules' on April 5.
We Are Scientists are expected to preview songs from 'Barbara' during their sold-out gig at Hoxton Bar & Grill in London on February 23.

Kid Rock To Support Bon Jovi At London Residency As it expands to 13 nights...

Bon Jovi have added to extra gigs at London's O2 Arena this June, taking their residency up to 13 nights.
The band will now the venue on June 25 and 26 in addition to their previously announced shows.
Meanwhile, it has also been announced that Kid Rock will support the group at the two new dates.
Bon Jovi's residency in London forms part of the band's worldwide Circle Tour, which gets under way in Hawaii this month.

Blondie To Play Forest Gig This Summer Following release of new album...

Blondie have been added to the line up for the Forestry Commission's season of outdoor gigs.
The band will perform at Westonbirt Arboretum, Gloucestershire on June 20.
Blondie are currently putting the finishing touches to their first new studio album in six years, which is due this spring.
Tickets for their gig go on sale on Friday (February 12) at 9am and will be available via Gigwise Gig Tickets.

The Chemical Brothers Announce Two London Gigs Dance duo set to make their comeback...

The Chemical Brothers are set to make their long-awaited comeback with two live shows in London.
The gigs will take place at the Roundhouse in Camden on May 20 and 21.
The dance duo, which consists of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, will also headline the Sonar festival in Barcelona on June 19.
Tickets for The Chemical Brothers' London dates go on sale on Friday (February 12) at 9am.

Grace Jones Announces One Off London Gig And new art exhibition...

Grace Jones has announced details of a special one off gig at London's Royal Albert Hall.
The show, on April 26, will mark the European debut of Jones' collaboration with Oscar-winning costume and production designer Eiko Ishioka.
Designed to create a sensory and sonic utopia, the production features lasers and an array of set changes.
Meanwhile, Jones has also teamed up with light artist Chris Levine as part of a new art exhibition in London.

New Young Pony Club Announce Intimate London Gig In support of their new album...

New Young Pony Club will showcase tracks from their forthcoming second album during a gig in London next week.
The band are set to play Madame Jo Jo's on Tuesday (February 9).
It will be the first time they have performed songs from new album 'The Optimist', which is now due a week later than originally scheduled on March 8.
As previously reported on Gigwise, New Young Pony Club embark on a nationwide UK tour in Portsmouth on March 15.

Semi Precious Weapons To Open For Lady GaGa On UK Tour Band also announce EP release...

Semi Precious Weapons will open for Lady GaGa on the UK leg of her Monster Ball tour, it's been announced.
The New York band, who are signed to the singer's Haus of GaGa record label, join already announced support act, Alphabeat.
Both acts will perform with the star on all ten dates of her UK tour, which begins in Manchester on February 18.
Meanwhile, Semi Precious Weapons' self-titled debut EP is available to download from February 14.

Alphabeat Announce Headlining UK Tour Band will hit the road in April...

Alphabeat are set to embark on a headlining tour of the UK, starting in Skegness on April 17.
The 10-date jaunt also includes gigs in Leeds (19), Edinburgh (22) and London (28).
Alphabeat are scheduled to release their second album, 'The Beat Is...', on March 10.
Meanwhile, the band will also support Lady GaGa on her Monster Ball UK tour, which gets under way later this month.
