Slash has said that he “didn’t have the balls” to ask Thom Yorke to appear on his new album.
The former Guns N’ Roses guitarist’s debut solo LP features collaborations with a host of stars, including Wolfmother’s Andrew Stockdale and Chris Cornell.
But Slash said he failed to find the courage to approach the Radiohead star.
“I wanted Thom Yorke to do 'Saint Is A Sinner', but I didn't have the balls to call him,” he told The Sun.
However, the song does feature on the record, but it is performed by Rocco DeLuca.
Fergie, Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop and Kid Rock are among the stars who also appear on ‘Slash’.
