Passion Pit have announced details of their new album 'Gossamer'.
The band will release the album, the follow up to 2009's 'Manners' on July 23rd and have again worked with producer Chris Zane on the record.
Speaking about the album, lead singer Michael Angelakos says: “On Gossamer there is more of a dichotomy between the lyrics and the music. You hear my lyrics more precisely which is something I was ready for. The lyrics on this album have a lot to say about what the last two years of my life have been troubled with.”
Meanwile, Passion Pit were confirmed to perform at this year's Reading and Leeds festivals this Summer.
