Following recent news that the original Sugababes line-up had been signed to a new million pound deal with Polydor records, Girls Aloud yesterday (6 April, 2012) met to discuss plans for a comeback tour.
The five-piece, including former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole, met in London to plan their 2013 chart return.
“The girls have been trying to organise a meeting for months but have been so busy with solo projects," says a source to The Sun newspaper. “They were really excited to see each other — even though Cheryl, Nicola and Kimberley meet up regularly.
“They haven’t seen much of Sarah recently following her stint in rehab and Nadine has been out of the picture living in LA.
“Nadine was eager to speak to the girls face-to-face to ensure there is no bad blood.”
Cheryl Cole is due to make a return to her solo pop career later this month with new single 'Call My Name'.
