Adele has backtracked on her recent claim that she will be taking a five-year break from music.
The London singer picked up six gongs at last weekend's Grammy Awards, winning every award which she had been nominated for.

She told US Vogue magazine : 'I am f*cking off for four or five years. If I am constantly working, my relationships fail.
'So at least now I can have enough time to write a happy record. And be in love and be happy.
'And then I don't know what I'll do. Get married. Have some kids. Plant a nice vegetable patch.'
However, Adele wrote in her blog yesterday (February 14): I've a few days off now, and then it's the Brit Awards here at home and then I'm straight into the studio," Adele wrote on her official blog. "BOYYAHH! 5 years? More like 5 days!"
Adele will perform for the first time in the UK since her throat surgery at next week's BRIT Awards.
