Miley Cyrus has dismissed recent reports that she's gone under the knife for a new pair of boobs.

The singer, who rocked her clean cut image last year, attended a recent LA bash wearing a revealing dress sparking reports that she'd had a boob job.

Speaking about her boobs, Cyrus stated: "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!”

As previously reported on Gigwise, Miley Cyrus has sparked outrage amongst her fans after branding herself a 'stoner' at her recent 19th birthday party.

The singer made the revelation after resented with a Bob Marley cake at her bash in Los Angeles last week.
