Steven Spielberg has said that work is progressing "on schedule" for Jurassic Park 4.
The director didn't give exact time frames, but given his own schedule, it seems likely that he will commence work on the new Jurassic Park movie once he wraps on the upcoming Lincoln.
He told Coming Soon: "I haven't been active in the last year because I've been so busy obviously on War Horse, Tintin and now I'm currently shooting Lincoln, but right now, it's on the schedule to bring out another Jurassic Park."
When asked about possible time frames, Spielberg replied: "It's just another boring secret."
Announcing his intention to return to Jurassic Park at the San Diego Comic-Con this past July, Spielberg has promised fans that it will be "better" than the previous movie in the franchise.
Spielberg's next movie, War Horse, is released on January 13, 2012.
