The trio performed at the event, which saw Beyonce, Maroon 5's Adam Levine and top models, including Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton, Doutzen Kroes and Chanel Iman
Kanye's performance on stage was long-awaited - he was due to rap at the 2007 show but pulled out following the death of his mother.
He told the crowd: 'I lost my super hero and now she’s my super angel.'
Meanwhile, Jay-Z is set to feature on Rihanna's new album 'Talk That Talk', it has been revealed.
