Take That's Gary Barlow has revealed the truth behind the relationship between this year's X Factor judges.
The singer, who replaced Simon Cowell on this series of the X Factor, said that tensions are raised between the judges.
'I have found it draining at times,' he told Heat magazine
Everyone is fiercely protective [of their acts], so it gets quite heated. It’s real. I don’t get involved in any backstage gossip.'
He added: 'There’s nothing staged on the judges’ panel exchanges. It’s always real.'
Kelly Rowland pulled out of last weekend’s X Factor, due to illness.
The former Destinys' Child member cancelled her appearance on Saturday and Sunday night's show.
