A lawyer for Michael Jackson's doctor Conrad Murray took aim at a crime scene investigator during his trial on Thursday (October 6).
Ed Chernoff challenged the evidence given by the corner's investigator Elissa Fleak and suggested her examination of the bedroom where Jackson fell ill was improper.
Fleak, who went through the room with police after Jackson died in June 2009, denied that she had made “a substantial number of mistakes” in her investigation.
But she did acknowledge that the original notes she made were destroyed when she transferred them to her official report - something she said she did with all her cases.
The prosecution claim Dr Murray gave Jackson a fatal dose of the drug propofol on the day that he died.
But the doctor's defence claim the singer gave himself the drug.
The trial continues.
