A music fan has been beaten to death just hours after attending a Motorhead gig in Leeds.
Andrew Crawford, 44, suffered serious head injuries when he was attacked on Dudley Way on Thursday (November 18). He later died in hospital.
Earlier in the evening, Crawford had attended Motorhead’s show at the city’s Academy venue where his friend’s hair was set on fire.
Two men, aged 30 and 26, have been arrested and bailed pending further inquiries, reports BBC News.
West Yorkshire Police have launched an appeal for anyone who may have any information about the attack to come forward.
Motorhead played a series of shows in the UK earlier this month as part of their European tour.
