The Futureheads will join the race for the Christmas top spot with new single 'Christmas Was Better In The 80s'.
The single, set for release December 18 through Null Records, as part of their 10th birthday celebrations.
The band have been on tour since the release of last album 'Chaos' earlier this year. As well as appearing as support for Biify Clyro, The Futureheads will headline their own mini festival Futurefest 2 on December 23 at Newcastle Academy.
