The now infamous Britney Spears sculpture, titled 'Monument to Pro-Life: The Birth of Sean Preston', which depicts the pop star giving birth to her son. Designed by Daniel Edwards and made completely from cast-iron, Britney is shown on all fours with "lactiferous breasts and a protruding naval," which "compliment a posterior view that depicts widened hips for birthing and reveals the crowning of baby Sean's head". Nice.
