Carl Barat has revealed he thinks The Libertines have made him a much wiser person.
Barat was speaking at the launch of Dirty Pretty Things’ debut single ‘Bang Bang You’re Dead’ at HMV on Oxford Street, London.
Speaking about The Libertines, he told BBC 6music: "I think it aged me a little maybe. But it means I'm a bit wiser. I think we've all matured a fair bit actually."
During the single launch, Barat and co. played 11 songs including The Libertines tracks ‘Death On The Stairs’ and ‘I Get Along.’
Speaking about the set, Barat reflected: "People seem to be dancing around to everything so it's really reassuring. People seem to know everything too from the internet, so that's given us a bit of a headstart too."
