How Opo Farsi Is Challenging the One-Size-Fits-All Model of Fintech

Think of two people operating on the same trading platform. One is a seasoned trader executing multiple trades in a day while the other may be making their first equity trade.

Can both of them be initiated using the same onboarding module?

They cannot.

While a standardized module may seem efficient, it does not cater to the needs of traders at different stages of their trading journey. A first-timer is more focused on understanding market trends, position sizing, volatility, and risk management, while an experienced trader would seek faster execution speed and in-depth market analysis instead.

So while the world might be going gaga over AI in fintech, very few trading platforms are actually using it to create a strong foundation for building real technology. One of the first trading platforms to realize and execute it in their platform is opo. Launched in 2021 as a core forex and CFD trading services platform under the name Opoforex, the company rebranded to OPO Finance in the subsequent year before finally settling on opo.

With a client base of 300,000+, three regulatory licenses, membership of the Financial Commission, and four consecutive years of industry awards, opo aims to bring real technology that adds value instead of simply creating a platform with standard features. The vision propelled the company to launch Opo Farsi, a dedicated platform that offers Persian-language education and market analysis, Persian-speaking support, right-to-left design, and payment options that work for the region.

The motive behind this was to approach language-underserved markets that are ignored by most traders simply because they fail to see the potential. Traders in these regions have shown to adopt advanced tooling at the same rate as other markets. This proves that a product, when designed genuinely for a target, will always be received well.

opo is currently developing a new proprietary application that focuses on two modules: news and analysis. While the first focuses on filtering and delivering market news that aids trading, the latter reviews the trader’s trading history and behavioural patterns. It is intended to improve industry access and leverage once fully developed and released.

In a world that’s depending increasingly on AI, opo is focused on building tools that improve the trading experience. The company’s consistent awards in various categories over the years prove that it is focused on innovation and excellence instead of chasing numbers.
