Festival-goers heading to this weekend's Reading Festival should be braced for some heavy showers, the Met Office has said.
The event, which takes place alongside the Leeds festival from August 26-28, will feature headline performances from Pulp, The Strokes, My Chemical Romance and Muse.
A spokesperson for The Met Office told Gigwise that there is a chance of rain for campers arriving on site tomorrow (August 25).
And Friday – the first day of the event – could see some heavy thundery showers, although these will clear by the evening.
She added: “Saturday again is a mixed day wit the chance of some rain. The best of the weather for the festival will be Sunday with lots of sunshine.”
Other acts on the bill include Interpol, Elbow, The National, Pete Doherty, 30 Seconds To Mars and Bring Me The Horizon.
Tickets are on sale now. For more details and to buy Reading festival tickets, check out Gigwise Gig Tickets.
