Michael Jackson's Family Announce Star-Studded 'Thriller' Tribute Show

Michael Jackson's family have announced details of a special star-studded 'Thriller' tribute concert.

The Jackson family, including his mother Katherine Jackson, siblings Marlon, Tito, Jackie and LaToya will reveal details on the show during a press conference in Beverly Hills on Monday (July 25).

The gig will be organised in conjunction with Global Live Events, with all proceeds going towards US and UK charities, reports the LA Times.

A host of stars are expected to take part in the tribute concert.

Meanwhile, the lawyers acting for Michael Jackson's doctor have asked for the jury that will hear the involuntary manslaughter case against the physician to be sequestered.

Michael Joseph Jackson was born in Gary, Indiana on August 29, 1958. He was the seventh child of nine children to Joseph and Katherine Jackson and was born into a typical working class family. The city of Gary is 25 miles from downtown Chicago and is famous for its massive steel industry.
