Katy Perry could be set to equal Michael Jackson's US chart record with new single 'Last Friday Night'.
The singer is currently at number four on the US Billboard Chart and if the track reaches number one it will be her fifth single to top the cahrt from album 'California Dreams', reports MTV.
Singles 'California Gurls', 'Teenage Dream', 'Firework' and 'E.T' have all reached the number one spot on the US chart.
Michael Jackson currently holds the record for the most number ones from an album, with 1987's 'Bad'.
'I Just Can't Stop Loving You', 'The Way You Make Me Feel', 'Bad', 'Man In The Mirror' and 'Dirty Diana' all became number one singles.
Meanwhile, Janet Jackson will perform a virtual duet with her late brother Michael Jackson when she plays in London later this week.
