An 18-year-old computer hacker who stole tracks from likes of Lady Gaga and Kesha has been sentenced to 18 months in prison.
The teenager, who called himself DJ Stolen, hacked into a number of accounts and earned over 15,000 euros (£13,260) by breaking copyright laws, reports BBC Newsbeat.
Tracks were stolen from numerous artists including Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Leona Lewis, Ke$ha and Mariah Carey in 2009 and 2010.
In a letter, published in the Daily Bild, the teenager said: "Dear Lady Gaga, I am ashamed of what I have done. I did not think about the consequences."
The teenager was also found guilty of downloading private photos from Kesha's computer.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga sported a new bald head as she performed on the Paul O'Grady show lastweek (June 17).
