Kid Rock To Testify At Waffle House Fight Trial

Kid Rock is expected to testify in court over a fight at a waffle house in Atlanta in 2007.

The singer and five members of his entourage have been sued by a customer who claims Rock cursed at him during the altercation.

Harlen Akins has also alleged that he was beaten up by the singer's entourage, who also smashed his telephone.

Rock was in court in Atlanta on Tuesday (September 14) and Wednesday (15), and is due to testify today (16), according to the Associated Press.

The incident took place in the early hours of the morning after Rock had performed in the city.

In 2008, the singer was given a year's probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine over the incident.
