Los Campesinos! singer Gareth has been left injured after a stage-dive went wrong.
Performing with his band at this weekends Summer Sundae festival Gareth attempted to leap from the stage into the crowd but was less than succesful, leaving himself with mild concussion and a sprained wrist.
Fans of the band have been able to keep up to date with the news via the bands Twitter account with Gareth tweeting:
"4years of diving into the audience finally went wrong last night. The result: mild concussion, ripped ear, sprained wrist, lump on head.OUCH"
and:
"I finished the song. Can't really remember it but was back on my feet quicker than Cristiano Ronaldo after winning a free kick."
Additionally, Gareth posted a picture of his bandaged ear and arm in a sling for fans to see.
