Kanye West is set to make his return at the MTV Video Music Awards next month - just one year after he spark controversy at the event.
The rapper is due to perform at the ceremony in New York on September 12, reports Us.
West faced a backlash after last year's VMAs when he stormed the stage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech.
He grabbed the microphone from Swift to complain that Beyonce should have won the Best Female Video award instead.
He was widely criticised by stars from across the music world, as well as US president Barack Obama, who called the rapper a “jackass”.
West is currently preparing for the release of his as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2008's '808s And Heartbreak'.
