Lily Allen is being targeted to present a BBC television programme discussing teenager’s problems, according to reports.
The singer – who has just been nominated for the best newcomer award at the MTV Music Video Awards in America – is said to have impressed BBC TV executives with her outspoken opinions in her Myspace blog.
One of the possible programmes would see Allen talking to teenagers about their issues with weight after she posted a blog earlier this year expressing her concern about thin celebrities.
Allen would follow in the footsteps of her father, Keith, who appeared in the BBC's Robin Hood last year.
