Former Oasis drummer Tony McCarroll is set to release a warts and all book this autumn about his time with the band.
Titled 'Oasis: The Truth, the Noel Truth, is Nothing Like the Truth', the book will detail his time with the Manchester outfit from 1991 to 1995 and beyond.
McCarroll was acrimoniously asked to leave Oasis in 1995 and was replaced by Alan White.
In March 1999 he took Oasis to court suing them for £18million claiming he was owed a slice of the band's five record deal with Creation – even though he hadn't played on two of them.
He eventually settled out of court for £600,000 and effectively severed all links with the band.
Expect the book to be cutting, then.
According to Oasis fan site Stop Crying Your Heart Out, the book is to be released on hardback by Blake Publishing on October 4th.
