Klaxons have revealed that they will start work on their third album next week.
The band, whose last release was 2010's 'Surfing The Void', told fans today (January 23) that they will head into the studio in a week's time.
They wrote on their official Twitter: "7 days and counting until we commence recording record 3."
It has been rumoured that the band are planning to work with LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy and The Chemical Brothers on their new album.
Band member James Righton is currently dating actress Keira Knightley. They began going out after being introduced by mutual friend Alexa Chung, who recently split from her boyfriend, Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner.
