25 April, 2012: Anyone in possession of a pair of ears and who can remember 2011 will be familiar with Foster The People's breakthrough hit, 'Pumped Up Kicks'. The band's debut album 'Torches' was packed full of similarly brilliant indie-pop hits and the band are currently on tour across the UK.
Last night, the LA trio, (Mark Foster, Cubbie Fink, and Mark Pontius) performed live at the Manchester Academy. Our photographer was on hand to catch all the action as the band got Manchester moving to sounds of hits such as 'Helena Beat', 'Call It What You Want', 'Houdini' and, of course 'Pumped Up Kicks'.
