Jack White has scored himself a No.1 album with his first ever release as a solo artist, 'Blunderbuss'.
Toppling Adele from the No.1 spot (no easy feat), 'Blunderbuss' is a new entry at the top of this week's album chart. Also new in the album Top Ten is Rufus Wainwright's latest release, 'Out Of The Game' while Feeder's latest, 'Generation Freakshow' debuts at No.13.
The Chieftains are new at No.25 with 'Voice Of Ages' and Santigold debuts at No.33 with her new album, 'Master Of My Make Believe'.
Meanwhile, on the single's chart, Canadian pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen spends another week at No.1, keeping Calvin Harris at arms length, as her scores a No.2 hit with his Ne-Yo collaboration, 'Let's Go'. Calvin Harris is the only new entry in this week's Top Forty.
