The fan who leaked Madonna's new single 'Gimme All Your Luvin' has been arrested.
The track, thought to be taken from her forthcoming new album, appeared online as a demo in November.
According to Reuters the 31-year-old man was arrested in Zargoza, Spain on Wednesday night (December 21) and was released after being charged.
Shortly after the track hit the net, Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, took to Twitter to address the leak, stating: "The plan was for new music to come out in the new year. I'm very happy with the positive reaction to the demo, but we are very upset with whoever leaked the song!!!!!!!!"
He added: "We are asking that the fans please help us police any more leaks. we have a lot in store for you. but please respect the process."
The final version of 'Gimme All Your Luvin' includes features from Nicki Minaj and MIA.
The singer, who is currently recording the follow-up to 2008's 'Hard Candy' next month, is said to be working with Meat Loaf producer Jim Steinman on her new album.
