X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos is currently under investigation for her trademark arm gesture on the show.
The singer is known for lifting her inked arm up each week on the live show as she walks on stage.
The gesture has now sparked complaints from viewers and media regulator Ofcom are now investigating the possibility that Contostavlos is advertising her own brand of perfume.
The tattoo, which reads The Female Boss, is also the name of her latest perfume endorsement.
Meanwhile fellow judge Gary Barlow has hinted that he may not return to the X Factor next year.
Speaking to the Mirror Barlow revealed: "I'm taking some time off next year to remind myself who my children are and what their names are. Next year doesn't even feel like it's approaching."
