Aerosmith were forced to cancel a Paraguay gig after frontman Steven suffered a serious fall in a hotel shower.
The singer has lost two front teeth and suffered facial cuts and bruises following the accident at The Bourbon Hotel in Asuncion. The reasons behind the incident have been cited by promoters as dehydration and gastrointestinal problems.
In a statement to fans Marcelo Antunez spoke for the concert organisers: "Mr Tyler had a small accident that prevents him from staging the concert tonight. He is fine, he's in his hotel but he's not able to do the concert."
The gig itself has been postponed until later tonight whilst Tyler is said to be in good health following a four hour visit to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler has revealed that the band's new album 'is almost done'.
The singer said that work on the follow-up to 2004's 'Honkin On Bobo' is going well and they hope to have it finished in the next two months.
