Amy Winehouse's father Mitch has welcomed a toxicology report that said his daughter was drug-free when she died.
The tests revealed that some alcohol was found in the late singer's body, but no illegal substances.
There had been reports in the days after Winehoue's death on July 23 that the singer had gone on a drug binge, including one from an alleged London dealer.
Mitch, who said at the singer's funeral that his daughter had been drug-free for three years, told The Sun he was pleased with the results and that it helps to “set the record straight”.
“This doesn’t make me feel the loss of my daughter any less, but we are pleased to be able to set the record straight to a certain extent,” he said.
Yesterday (August 23), a spokesperson for Winehouse's family said: “The family would like to thank the police and coroner for their continuing thorough investigations and for keeping them informed throughout the process.”
Winehouse's funeral took place at a cemetery in North London last month.
The singer's family and closes friends, including Mark Ronson and Kelly Osbourne, were among mourners at Edwarebury Cemetery.
