X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has responded after her N-Dubz bandmate Dappy said the show was ”fake”.
The rapper criticised the talent contest on Twitter, saying that the show would fail to ever find an original artist after Leona Lewis won the programme.
He has since distanced himself from the remarks, but that didn’t stop Contostavlos from joking about his outburst during an appearance on BBC Radio 1.
"Dappy will probably be begging me for tickets when the live finals start, eating his words, calling me up,” she said.
Contostavlos has been praised by fans after assuming the role of judge from Cheryl Cole, who left the programme to join the US edition, which she was later sacked from.
