Plans to launch The Amy Winehouse Foundation have been delayed because of problems over the organisation's name, her father has said.
Mitch Winehouse had hoped to officially unveil the foundation in September, but that has now been put back.
"Somebody else pinched it off of us before we could get it registered," Mitch told BBC Newsbeat. “All these donations which are coming in - we don't know what to do with them at the moment."
Mitch added that the foundation was on hold “for the time being”.
The late singer's father initially announced plans to launch the foundation at Winehouse's funeral last month.
It is hoped that the charity can help children who are “in need”, including those battling drug and alcohol problems.
