Adele Wanted By Simon Cowell For X Factor Final

Simon Cowell is in the process of signing Adele up to appear on the live final of this year's X Factor, it has been reported.

The music mogul is said to have offered Adele the part in the new judges' house section of the show but she had to decline due to work commitments.

A source told The Daily Star: ''There's no denying Adele is the biggest singer in the world right now and Simon wants her to appear on both the UK and US X Factors.''

Adding: ''He couldn't get her for the judges' houses stage, so he now wants her to sing with one of the contestants on the grand final in December.''

The new series of the X Factor launches later this year with judges Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh.
