Kings of Leon star Jared Followill has joked that he has “quit” the group after meeting Cindy Crawford.
The bassist and the rest of the group are believed to have met the former supermodel in London, where they are both staying.
On Twitter, Crawford said: “Sorry to sneak up on you, but felt like the tweeting left the door open. Nice to meet you all!”
Followill then replied: “No worries! I joined the band when I was 15 for the sole purpose of meeting you."
“Now I've done that. I just quit the band,” he jokingly added, to which Crawford replied: “lol!”.
Kings Of Leon are set to headline the Isle Of Wight festival in Newport tonight (June 10).
