Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill has said the group's new documentary is honest to their family's heritage.
The film, directed by Stephen C. Mitchell, follows the US rock band from their origins in America's South to the present day.
Followill told Rolling Stone: "We wanted to keep it as we were, as real as possible, just to show that we're the same kids who were crawdad-hunting in the creek when we were 10 years old."
Talihina Sky premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival last week, with the band joining their family on the red carpet.
An official release date for the film has yet to be announced.
