Leona Lewis has reached an agreement out of court which means her new single ‘Collide’ will be released alongside DJ Avicii.
The Swedish producer had threatened legal action against the former X Factor winner and her record label Syco, claiming that the instrumental from the song was a copy of his own track, 'Fade Into Darkness'.
In a statement, Syco said: "It is announced today that Leona Lewis and Avicii will work together on the forthcoming single ‘Collide’.
"Since getting its first radio play in the UK it has received rave reviews and is already topping club charts across the country."
On Twitter, Avicii said he was now looking forward to “having a hit together” with Lewis.
