Madonna 'Completely Supports' Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way'

Lady Gaga has revealed that Madonna has given her blessing for new single 'Born This Way'.

The single, which was released earlier this week, has been criticised by fans for its similarity to Madonna's 'Express Yourself'.

Lady Gaga has now insisted that Madonna "completely supports" the track.

''There is really no-one who is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me," Gaga told NBC's Tonight Show With Jay Leno.

She added: "I am the hugest fan personally and professionally, and the good news is I got an email from her people and her sending me love and complete support.

"If the queen says it shall be, then it shall be."

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga has admitted that she takes the drug cannabis while writing music.
