Lady Gaga has promised her fans that her new album ‘Born This Way’ will be the “greatest album of this decade”.
The singer, who releases her new effort early next year, made the claim at a concert in Poland on Friday (November 26).
"I promise you, I'll never let you down. And not for nothing: The album's finished and it's f*cking really good,” she said.
Fighting back tears, Lady Gaga added: "So whatever this is, whatever you just did for all of us…I promise to give you the greatest album of this decade, just for you."
The singer also said her new album was “much deeper” than its predecessor ‘The Fame Monster’, and “is about what keeps us up at night and what makes us afraid”.
Lady Gaga is currently on the latest European leg of her Monster Ball tour, which is due to call in London next month.
