Take That are set to perform a special one-off gig at New Years Eve (December 31).
The boy band have been asked to play a free show in the Caribbean for the boss of major record label, Universal.
But the gig won’t feature Robbie Williams, who is believed to have other “family commitments”.
A spokesman told the Press Association: "It's basically a chance to get away in the sun and perform a few songs at a party for friends. They are not being paid a penny."
As previously reported on Gigwise, Take That and Robbie Williams will embark on a huge UK stadium tour next summer.
The band are currently top of the UK album chart with their comeback LP as a five-piece, 'Progress'.
