The Strokes' Julian Casablancas has told fans new record will be out for release in a few months.
The band's anticipated album, will be their follow-up to 2006's 'First Impressions Of Earth'.
Singer Casablancas broke the news on his twitter page Twitter.com/casablancas_j,: ''[The album is] still not going to be out for a few months – mixing, etc," he wrote. "But just finally finished it, yesterday actually.''
The album, produced by Joe Chiccarelli who has previously worked with U2, Beck, Bjork, is set for relaese early Spring 2011.
