Britney Spears To Release New Album In Early 2011

Britney Spears is set to release a new studio album in early 2011, it has emerged.

The singer is working on the follow-up to 2008's 'Circus' with producers Dr Luke and Max Martin.

In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Dr Luke said that Billboard and Kojak were also working on the effort.

When asked what else he could reveal about the album, Dr Luke replied: “Just that I'm excited to be co-executive producing with Max Martin, the person who kind of invented Britney, and to make good music.

“And she's such an amazing vehicle to getting that music out to a lot of people in every country.”

Spears' last album received a mixed response from critics.
