Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz Set For Cameo TV Appearance

Fall Out boy bassist Pete Wentz has been linked with a cameo appearance in a forthcoming episode of the US hit TV show Californication.

The episode, in which Wentz will apparently play himself, is scheduled to air in September.

According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, the bassist will make a very brief appearance in the show, which stars David Duchovny.

"Duchovny's character, the troubled writer Hank, will see Pete at a pool party hanging out with the show's resident teen, Mia,” he wrote.

"Pete will tell Hank how much he enjoyed his book."

As previously reported on Gigwise, Wentz is currently expecting his first child with wife Ashlee Simpson.
