Heavily inspired by the kooky pop of the 2010s, Blossom Caldarone shares ‘Fridge Space’ for fans of silly bangers everywhere.

Merging her signature lyrical humour with a genuine romantic sentiment and an unflinchingly candid take on modern relationships, ‘Fridge Space’ is a light tune done masterfully. Pairing Blossom’s classic vocal with strings and rolling drums, every stem of the song matches the breezy mood.

Talking about the track, Blossom said: “Fridge Space is about filling your time with nonsensical activities when you're trying to get someone out of your head. I always find myself doing stupid things to avert my attention and end up feeling more confused, skint and usually nursing a hangover. Being in your twenties is just this on a loop. The song is a loose summing up of this experience - but set in a supermarket."

Securing support slots and endorsements from the likes of Years and Year, Brooke Bentham and Omar Apollo - she’s quickly becoming a key one to watch and we have our eyes and ears peeled.

'Fridge Space' is out now.
