Lady Gaga's producer has said that her new album 'Born This Way' is “more complex” than its predecessor.
DJ White Shadow, who produced the LP's title track, said he was currently spending “20-hour days” in the studio trying to finish the album ahead of its May release.
He told Billboard he was asked to work with Lady Gaga after emailing her some examples of his own production work.
Speaking about the singer's new album in comparison to her debut 'The Fame', White Shadow said: “Sonically it is much more complex. It's beautiful.
“Like a golden spaceship touching down on a rainbow runway in a field of fresh mint.”
'Born This Way' is released on May 23. Lady Gaga will debut album's lead single of the same name at the Grammy Awards on February 13.
