Miles Kane has revealed that Noel Gallagher has begun recording his debut solo album.
The singer, who is also one half of the Last Shadow Puppets, said he had contributed a guitar part to the former Oasis star’s effort.
"I was only in there for a couple of hours. I did my thing,” Kane told BBC Newsbeat.
The singer was returning the favour to Gallagher after he recorded backing vocals for Kane’s forthcoming solo album ‘My Fantasy’.
Earlier this year, Gallagher said he was putting his solo plans on hold in order to spend more time with his family.
Meanwhile, his brother and former Oasis bandmate Liam is due to release his debut album with new band Beady Eye early next year.
