Noel Gallagher has invited Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez to collaborate with him.
The former Oasis star and life-long City fan said he was “always available” if Tevez wanted to accept the offer.
In an interview with The Sun, Gallagher praised the club's captain's care-free approach to the game.
"I love that he doesn't care. He has no real desire to learn the language. He just goes on the television, thanks everybody and says that he loves City,” Gallagher said.
"If he ever wants to bust the guitar out and do a bit, I'm always available."
Meanwhile, the guitarist, who welcomed the birth of his third child earlier this month, has postponed work on his debut solo album.
He said he had no plans to do any more recording until "well into next year".
