Lily Allen Says Pregnancy Is 'Not Quite Front Page News'

Lily Allen has described the media reaction to the announcement that she is pregnant as “surreal”.

The 25-year-old singer and her boyfriend Sam Cooper, 32, are expecting their first child together.

News of Allen's pregnancy was broken by The Sun, who carried the story on the front page of today's newspaper.

Allen posted a picture of herself holding the paper on Twitter, and wrote: “Not quite front page worthy but anyways........... surreal.”

Allen and Cooper, who owns a painting and decorating company, have been dating since July 2009.

She suffered a miscarriage in 2008 while dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.
