Ash are set to headline the inaugural addition of the Headstock festival near Nottingham.
The event will take place on September 9 at Newstead and Annesley Country Park.
Other acts already confirmed include The Beat, Field Music, Penguin Café Orchestra, and Edward II.
The festival is being organised by the Newstead community and all proceeds will be injected directly back into the community.
